Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver well-planned, engaging and creative learning experiences for their class(es.)
Ensure student progress is accurately monitored and recorded.
Deliver an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for all students in
their care.
Value the home-school partnership and engage with parents.
Ensure excellent pastoral care.
Contribute to the co-curricular program and whole-school activities in a committed and
enthusiastic manner.
Maintain high standards of professionalism.
Be prepared to go the “extra mile.”
Requirements:
➢ Candidates shall be a native English speaker, with a Bachelor's degree or above and a TEFL/TESOL
teaching certificate.
➢ At least 2 years teaching experience, love and respect children and have a working visa qualification.
Benefit Package:
➢ Monthly competitive salary: 22k to 30k RMB per month and 2k housing allowance pre-tax contingent
on qualifications and experience.
➢ 10k RMB Airfare allowance per year (back to home country ) with the boarding pass and invoice
➢ 2k RMB relocation bonus outside of Changsha upon arrival.
➢ Bonus paid on completing and renewing your contract.
➢ Entitlement to enjoy the Employee Children’s Tuition Benefit Plan.
➢ Office hours are required from 7:50am-5:30pm with two hours lunch break.
➢ Free meals in working days.
➢ Cover Expatriate medical and accident insurance inside of China.

➢ Around two weeks winter vacation plus two weeks summer vacation ( about 35 days) in
addition to all Chinese National Holidays and weekends.
