Trine Blak Madsen and her team are looking for you to come and join them as Key Account Manager, Respiratory. Knowledge and experience within the Respiratory therapeutic area will be a success factor in this role, as well as experience of working closely with specialists. The role is field-based.

You'll be joining a robust cross-functional team that collaborates with energy and ease and strongly believe that success is a result of team-work. This highly collaborative team of five is dedicated to delivering world-class strategic launches that makes a difference for Respiratory patients. With exciting launches coming up in 2021 you'll be thrown right into the action!
 

The role

As a Key Account Manager, you will become part of AstraZeneca’s strong respiratory franchise, one of our key growth platforms. Our responsibility includes respiratory brands where we have a strong heritage and new treatments to be launched in the near future.
 

You will be part of strategic planning, material-development and drive sales towards various partners e.g. health care professional groups and specialist organizations. You engage with your regional accounts to secure and drive business in collaboration with our crossfunctional Danish team.
 

What you will do:

  • Drive responsibility for sales and interactions with Pulmonologists, Nurses, KEEs, TG (DFC) and regional payers.
  • In our cross-functional team, you will be a part of developing strategic plans, campaigns and material from your account insights.
  • Build, develop and manage long-term external relationships and partnerships with the right stakeholders within high-value accounts.
  • Accountable for delivering appropriate communication with customers in an omnichannel way and pro-actively identifying business opportunities.
     

In order to success, you have:

It is a strong advantage to have proven experience from pharmaceutical or med-tech industry with specialty care experience.

  • Previous and solid sales experience from Pharma Industry – 3-4 years with relevant experience as a sales representative with solid sales results and experience from several product areas
  • Ability and willingness to travel within the region and according to project needs
  • Excellent interpersonal capabilities in building long-lasting relationships and networks
  • Experience in Respiratory, including proven track record of successfully managing key accounts
  • Experience in working omnichannel both a customer-centric and patient-centric approach.
  • Driver’s license is required
     

You must have excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in both written and spoken English and Danish. Previous experience and integrity in customer interactions will be an asset as well as your ability to focus on customer satisfaction.
