Our approach is that you work together with key stakeholders (e.g. owner and specifiers etc.) and our internal team consisting of system center and Lias to close the deal and realize the sales. You are responsible for understanding the needs of office segment and its related strategic customers. You are responsible for translating these needs into a customized sales offer and closing the deal including after sales services and the extension for new projects. You will coordinate all activities related to your customers, especially building and developing the use of LED luminaire and system in China. Maintain customer profile data/status and expectations. Manage / train Partners to develop the market.
Job Responsibilities
1. Identify, approach and build relationship with national key accounts (sizable and repeatable).
2. Supporting, educating and developing various relationships within strategic accounts to get more awareness how to select and use LED luminaires and systems in the project, including TCO, business case calculation.
3. Build relationships with knowledgeable Partners and key-influencers.
4. Build local government, partner and financial programs to get more support for various financial support for the project.
5. Actively align and gaining internal resources and support to delivery our promise to customers.
6. Provide input to product development and marketing on new opportunities for Philips Lighting Horticulture.
7. Finally close the deal and realize allocated AOP.
Job Requirement
1. Bachelors or Master degree
2. Minimum 10 years working experience in the business development, marketing or sales area of designing, building office equipment, preferably familiar with in electronic and control segment.
3. Understand the eco-system of office segment, well connected with key stakeholders in this segment e.g. property developers, architect designers, lighting specifiers and dealers etc.
4. Committed, result driven, no nonsense& to-the-point mentality.
5. Good inter-personal skills, conscientious and pro-active, with reasonable English skills;
6. You are inter-dependent and good team player.
