职位描述

• Develop Kidswant regional strategy and business plans in line with Kidswant National Strategies
• Lead the regular business review and plan, including the Top-To-Top Joint Business Planning (JBP) sessions with Kidswant Headquater and regional companies
• Daily communication with Kidswant Headquater and regional companies’ key functions (commercial, finance, supply chain…) on sales KPI achievement, shelf display, activity execution, product rolling forecast, AR, etc.
• Propose and lead regional JBP with the most effective and efficient returns
• Manage, control and improve Kidswant headquater and regional companies’ trade investment spending and profitability returns

任职条件

• 3-5 years FMCG experience, ideally with background in mother-baby store (MBS) channel
• National/Regional level sales experience or Key Account Management experience
• Bachelor degree
