We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Primary Care team to work with our exiting diabetes and respiratory portfolio towards GP´s. Knowledge and experience within sales will be a success factor in this role.

The role is field based and located in Fyn and Jylland with responsibility for driving the performance of products in the respective working area.
As Key Account Manager, you will contribute to AstraZeneca’s strong CVRM and respiratory franchise, one of our key growth platforms. You will have responsibility for driving commercial interactions towards various partners. You will be accountable for your regional accounts securing sales and driving business in collaboration with both local and national cross-functional teams.
Accountabilities:
Pro-actively identifying business opportunities, communicating value propositions aligned to stakeholder needs and objectives and recommending solutions to drive and develop business
Develop robust understanding of needs and perceptions of prescribers and other key partners
Drive cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration to fully leverage AZ's account management capabilities
Secure account and market access by driving activities with the right customers within the right accounts
Build, develop and manage long-term external relationships
Drive and implement our digital and omnichannel approach towards our customers.
Essential requirements:
We are looking for an individual with proven experience from relevant and 1+ years sales experience, preferentially but not required, within disease areas; heart failure/diabetes/cardiovascular and respiratory.
Academic degree or equivalent with healthcare or commercial background
Validated ability to understand and communicate complex information, flexibility to adopt scientific and Health Economic Outcomes data
Commercial innovation - ability and track-record of developing, shaping and executing impactful, customer/stakeholder focused activities to achieve long-term business goals
Leadership - ability to coordinate, align and engage cross-functional team to drive activities and address needs of individual accounts
A true team player with high trustworthiness
Excellent communication skills and proficient in both written and spoken English and Danish
Ability and readiness to travel within region and according to role needs
Driver´s license required
