AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Sales Development & performance
Establish Strategic relationship between Nexans and Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider and the related big OEM in the market.
Be responsible for developing new business and sales opportunities and cooperate with the regional sales staff in place when relevant.
Roles requires development and implementation of territory selling strategies to secure sales growth consistent with company business and annual plan.
To implement and adjust sales plan according to market situation for the related key clients.
To Bring back information on related key clients, products, competitors and markets through market investigation and analysis
Achieve annual sales target to 2 M Euro ~2.5M Euro
Key account and channel management
Establish and enhance key accounts to reach yearly targets
Key accounts analysis and business plan including their business development organization, bidding.
Ensure Nexans organization is aware of the status of global customer and efficient actions should be carry out to keep the business in the pipeline.
Marketing coordinations :
Represent Nexans at exhibitions, seminar and association to promote Nexans products and total solutions
Ensure to cooperate with others business units within Nexans China and globally.
Ensure the cohesion of the new market department to stretch solutions and profitable market position of Nexans in greater China.
Required skills and qualifications :
Education / Experience
Bachelor of management degree in electric engineering, automation or mechanical engineering
Above 7 years of experience in sales roles or similar work in a multinational company, over 3 years work experience in automation company, have solid customer resources, can quick bring new orders
Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Experience from project management and implementation;
Specific knowledge
Languages: English. Both good at spoken and written English.
Good understanding of the automation ecosystem
Good understanding of Cable Accessories
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Excel,Access)
Others: Good communication and inter-personal skills
Technical Business understanding
- Degree and /or cable manufacturing understanding
