Description of Role:

• Support project manager to carry out health plan for AWB customers.
• Coordinate all parties to ensure the implementation of the project.
• Organize and coordinate AWB activities for corporate customers, such as health lectures, workshops on healthy cooking, exercise, energy and stress management, health days, health fairs, support speakers, coaches, activities, and on-site coordination.
• Provide logistical support for project implementation, such as material acquisition, supplier liaison and agreement signing, etc.
• Support project managers to monitor project scope, schedule, communication and reporting.
• Communicate with plan participants and motivate plan participants through various communication tools.
• Continuously develop new partners, lecturers and suppliers, and maintain regular improvement and updating of the database.
• Feedback regularly on survey results during project implementation.
• Write health journals (Newsletter), tips, etc.
• Provide online answering service for online platform users (health plan support)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above, at least one year working experience, more than half a year project or activity management experience (could be internship).
• Good organizational coordination and analytical skills, good personal skills and communication skills, willing to accept challenges
• Strong innovation ability, team spirit and self-motivation, working comfortably in a multicultural environment.
• Very interested in health and sensitivity to environmental issues, having certain medical knowledge is a plus.
• No smoking, good health.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English
