Responsible for directing the sales activities in a city and/or surrounding area. Have knowledge of the business and sales strategies. Manage and train a team of sales staff in the area.

【任职资格Key Accountabilities】

1. 参与制定市场战略。

Participate in defining market strategy.

2. 为销售/BD团队管理本财政年度的客户和行动计划。

Manage account mapping & action plan for the fiscal year for the sales /BD team.

3. 为团队和员工的差旅费和其他费用做预算。

Budgeting for team & personnel’s travel and other cost.

4. 管理团队完成指定城市/地区的销售目标。

Manage the team to achieve sales target in assigned city/area.

5. 开发新的资源/销售渠道，并开发现有客户的需求。

Develop new sources/sales leads as well as exploit existing clients’ needs.

6. 监督区域内的销售代表和/或客户经理。召开销售会议，与销售团队沟通新策略。

Supervise sales representatives and/or accounts executives in the region. Conduct sales meetings and communicates new strategies to the sales force.

7. 支持制定市场传播策略。管理并参与展会、事务、合同、晋升等活动项目的安排与实施。

Support to develop the marketing communication strategies. Manage and participates in the scheduling and implementation of special events projects such as trade shows, public relations events, contests, promotions, etc.

8. 对销售人员和客户进行必要的培训

Conduct training for sales employees, and for clients if necessary.

9. 负责向上级管理层汇报日常工作情况。为制定年度预算和销售预测提供投入。

Be responsible for routine pipeline reporting to upper management. Provide input into the development of annual budget and sales forecasts.

10. 需要经常出差。

Travel between multiple working sites as needed.

【任职资格Qualifications】

1. 本科及以上学历

Bachelor or above

2. 有物流仓储或第三方服务经验。

Have experience in logistics warehousing or 3rd-party service business.

3. 5年销售经验

5 years sales experience.

4. 自信、积极地与客户沟通。

Confident & active approaching to clients.

5. 良好的人际沟通能力和团队合作精神。

Good inter-person and communication skills, a good team-player.

6. 良好的表达和谈判技巧。

Very good presentation and negotiation skills.

7. 良好的中英文口头和书面沟通能力。

Strong communication skills both verbal and written in Chinese and English.

8. 专业，成熟，能承受工作压力，性格好。

Professional, mature, work well under pressure, nice character.

9. 适应环境的变化和成长。

Comfortable in an environment undergoing change and growth.
