Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for managing and developingconsolidation channels within China mainland. Develops and builds relationshipwith key customers within territory, implements marketing strategies, achieves businessplan objectives.
ESSENTIAL JOBRESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages and develops consolidation accounts to achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals.
- Develops business plans and set priorities to develop and build relationship with key customers.
- Co-work with marketing and CSE colleagues, implements marketing strategies, achieves business plan objectives.
- Manages sales opportunities and explore new opportunities within territory
- Provides products trainings to sales of business partners.
TRAININGRESPONSIBILITIES: (REQUIRED)
- Complete all assigned and required training satisfactorily and on time
- For people managers, ensure your associates attend and complete all required trainings satisfactorily and on time.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education or Experience(in years):
- 1-3 years channel management experience
- Molecular biology background
- Bachelor degree
Knowledge and skills:
- Channel management
- Presentation skill
- Communication skill
- Molecular biology
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
- Master degree in Molecular biology preferred
- Experience about molecular productssales/marketing/channel preferred
