Job Description

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Develop sales targets along with the regional sales engineers and sales manager for existing key accounts.
  • Carry out market and industrial research to identify new key accounts and define targets.
  • Be the lead sales person for new key account sales activities.
  • Co-ordinate the activities of regional sales engineers in regards to visits to key accounts (joint or independently).
  • Provide regular reports to the NSM on activities, projects, quotes and any other issues regarding Key accounts.
  • Communicate directly with the KAMs in Germany regarding progress reports, success and issues with global key accounts.
  • Carry out regular visits to Key accounts for promotional, training and technical activities to have ARI listed on the AVL.
  • Develop and initiate activities suitable to fulfil the superior requirements of a demanding KA (I.e. training and enhancing the skills of internal staff of the KA)


Qualification requirements

  • Experience with demanding big accounts, both international and Chinese.
  • Background with mechanical components (valves, pumps, compressors or similar), at least 5 year’s experience
  • Experienced in Key Account management, preferably within the Food & Beverage Industry.
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Strong technical & commercial skills
  • Patient and persistent.
  • Good market knowledge and able to carry out their own research.
  • Fluent English.
  • Global (big picture) thinking.
  • Bachelor Degree in engineering or other related industrial major
