任职要求：

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical or automotive engineering is preferred 本科以上学历，机械或汽车工程专业优先

2. More than 5 years working experience with automotive industry and 3 years in management level is a major advantage 5年以上汽车行业背景，3年以上管理经验者优先

3. Good technical knowledge of related products and automotive technology 良好的汽车工艺及产品知识

4. Good business/commercial sense and skill良好的商务技能

5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, willing to travel 较强的人际关系和沟通能力，能适应出差

6. Highly motivated and high level of resilience to cope with a rapidly changing business environment工作积极主动并能高度适应快速变化的商务环境
