工作内容 Job Content
1. To develop and enlarge the existing business between Würth International Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and specified customers in the Asia Pacific region.
2. To prepare action plans and schedules to achieve preset sales targets.
3. To coordinate with Customer Service team and Competence Centers to accomplish the work required to close sales.
4. To develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
5. To establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
6. To identify and resolve client concerns.
7. To develop and implement special sales activities.
8. To visit Customers on a regular basis, minimum 3-4 times a year for each customer.
9. To source and develop new products and visit suppliers together with Competence Centers.
10. To develop and implement the marketing strategies.
11. Other duties as assigned.
人员素质要求 Job Requirement
1. 学历 Education
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent major in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, etc…
2. 必备技能 Necessary Skills
- Qualified knowledge in Sales & Marketing
- Ability to persuade and influence others
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques
3. 工作经验 Working Experience
At least 3 years work experience in international sales or marketing.
At least 3 years work experience in sourcing in Asian Pacific region.

- Being a good communicator and coordinator.

- Being outgoing, innovative, responsible, active, and independent.

5. 语言 Language
- Fluent in oral English
- Proficient in Business English writing

- Proficient in office software like Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc..
- Proficient in Outlook
7. 其他 Others
- Work requires significant domestic and international travels to current and potential clients and suppliers.
