Job Description

1/ Customer management

  • Identify Key Decision makers
  • Maintain good relationship with key customers.
  • Ensure that AZ product input into hospital tenders/SoH tender and quota is align with BU objective
  • Keep updating market and customer information

2/ Key account business planning:

  • Regularly monitor business performance to ensure performance is in line with objectives
  • Provides immediate solutions to address sudden changes in market behaviour of targeted accounts
  • Coordinate/Collaborate with Field Forces for implementation of business strategies and Marketing Plan of Action within each account
  • Execute account specific strategies and tactics to support the achievement of business targets
