1/ Customer management
- Identify Key Decision makers
- Maintain good relationship with key customers.
- Ensure that AZ product input into hospital tenders/SoH tender and quota is align with BU objective
- Keep updating market and customer information
2/ Key account business planning:
- Regularly monitor business performance to ensure performance is in line with objectives
- Provides immediate solutions to address sudden changes in market behaviour of targeted accounts
- Coordinate/Collaborate with Field Forces for implementation of business strategies and Marketing Plan of Action within each account
- Execute account specific strategies and tactics to support the achievement of business targets
