Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Identify, engage, and build relationships with influential KOLs and celebrities in the fitness, health, tech, and lifestyle sectors.
2. Develop and execute strategic plans for collaborations and partnerships to increase brand awareness and credibility.
3. Manage all aspects of KOL and celebrity partnerships, including contract negotiations, content creation, and performance tracking.
4. Coordinate with marketing, PR, and product teams to align influencer campaigns with overall brand strategy.
5. Organize and manage events, appearances, and promotions involving KOLs and celebrities.
6. Track and report on the effectiveness of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging influencers to continually refresh and expand our network.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in KOL and celebrity relations management, with a track record of successful collaborations.
3. Extensive network of contacts within the fitness, health, tech and lifestyle industries.
4. Strong project management and organizational skills.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
7. Passion for the fitness and health industry, with a deep understanding of its trends and dynamics.
8. Proficiency in using CRM and influencer management tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience working with high-profile personalities and managing large-scale influencer campaigns.
2. Knowledge of social media analytics and performance metrics.
3. Ability to create compelling proposals and presentations for potential partners.
