主要职责:
1. Supervision
店铺管理
- Assist Store Manager in driving sales initiatives for sales team to achieve sales objectives
协助店经理推动销售团队积极主动地完成销售指标
- Supervise sales team on delivering consistent, professional and responsive customer service
领导监督销售团队为顾客提供统一、专业、热诚的服务
- Supervise sales team working in accordance with company policies and procedures
领导监督销售团队按照公司的政策和流程工作
- Take up duties of Store-in-charge when Store Manager is not present
出现店经理不当值时,承担起主管店铺内所有事务的职责
2. Staff management
员工管理
- Coach sales staff to meet and exceed the required performance standard
培训销售人员达到并超过公司制定的销售目标
- Orient new join staff to adapt to store operations
培训新进员工尽快适应店铺的营运
3. Daily operations
日常管理
- Assist in preparing variety reports such as merchandising flow, traffic flow and daily sales etc
协助准备各种报告,如货品流量,客流及每日销售报表等
- Conduct daily briefing on information from office and sales performance review
传达公司办公室的最新信息,回顾每日销售情况和业绩
- Assist sales staff to resolve ad-hoc operations issues
协助销售人员处理突发性事件
- Resolve escalated customer complaints regarding service and products
不断提升解决顾客关于服务和货品方面的投诉
- Lead and ensure the visual merchandising guidelines are followed
引导和确保店铺内货品的视觉效果和陈列事宜
- Lead and communicate with relevant parties to ensure a smooth stock taking and stock replenishing
领导团队与相关同事沟通,以确店铺库存盘点和补货的顺利进行
- Lead and communicate with relevant parties to ensure a smooth merchandising distribution
领导团队与相关同事沟通,以确店铺货品的流转顺畅
- Lead and communicate with relevant parties to ensure a smooth in-store events support
领导团队与相关同事沟通,以确保店铺内举办的各类推广活动顺利进行
- Monitor the transaction at cashier counter
监管店铺收银事宜
- Enforce safety, health and security rules
严格执行店铺内的保险、健康和安全规定

QUALIFICATIONS
& EXPERIENCE :
要求和资历:
Education/Professional Qualification学历或职业资格
- Form 5 or above
中等学校毕业或以上学历
Experience
工作经验
- At least 5 years' experience in fashion luxury retail industry with at least 2 years in supervisory capacity
至少5年奢侈品时尚行业零售经验,其中至少2年以上主管职位的工作经验
