职位描述

KAM Strategy

Work closely with sales team to define regional KAM strategy in accordance with the company’s overall business objectives, market dynamics and policy evolvement

Develop and implement annual KAM working plan to achieve business goals and objectives

Hospital Listing

R+I94esponsible for developing and maintain strategic partnership with regional key hospitals stakeholders

Lead cross function programs and activities to drive achievement of access objectives in target hospitals, including hospital bidding, listing, price management, purchasing, and smooth implementation of RDL at hospital level

任职条件

  • 8 years and above working experience from MNC pharmaceutical company with solid background associated with Oncology and/or other specialty medicine products management
  • Experience with key account management and distributor management, good understanding of relevant policies and regulatory
  • Result driven, able to deliver in highly demanding environment and competitive market
  • Experience in business management, including customer management, planning and process management
  • Demonstrate good level of business acumen, strategic thinking and learning agility, capable in leading and driving effective change management
  • Strong leadership and a team player, skillful in engaging and motivating people around
  • Bachelor and above degree with workable English
