Job Description
岗位职责:
1. Sales development and management for Chinese auto OEM
2. Develop new customers, new business and also maintain the existing business and customers;
3. Provide annual Sales Action Plan proposal including targets, known projects and actions to sales manager for decision-making;
4. Make opportunity and risk analysis based on the experience with customer, the application, budget, contract etc.;
5. Prepare the sales part (arguments, price, and payment terms) of the quotation according to company's regulation;
6. Negotiate with customers on contract conditions with the limits of final acceptance test conditions in mind, fight for best margin with considerate preparation;
7. Work as a team member for realization of team sales target and under pressure to fulfill sales targets.
任职资格:
  • Educational: Bachelor degree or above, automation, mechanical or electrical is preferred
  • Experience:
1. Selling investment equipment for industrial automation experience in automotive industry is preferred. Account manager for automotive OEM is preferred;
2. Good writing, reading, speaking and listening of business English;
3. Excellent office software skills;
4. Patient and careful nature; Strong sense of responsibility and hardworking;
5. Good communication and interpersonal & presentation skill;
6. Proactive, aggressive and initiative;
7. Work under pressure.
