? Responsible for developing and maintain strategic partnership and long-term collaboration with key hospitals stakeholders
? Deliver key messages related with products, company brands, new drug development, clinical research, etc. on regular base to target customers
? Differentiates BeiGene products with other competitors’ products and generics for to achieve hospital access objective
? Understand access challenge and develop/execute action plan to overcome barriers
? Proactively communicate competitors, hospital management practices, hospital listing policies related information with business team
? Allocate resources in line with KA objective and leverage cross functional activities/programs to maximize the brand awareness and recognition level for the hospital administrators
职位要求:
? 5-year and above working experience from MNC pharmaceutical company with background associated with Oncology and/or other specialty medicine products management
? Solid experience with hospital listing and key account management
? Advanced negotiation skill and a good influencer
? Able to work under high pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
? Result driven, able to deliver in highly demanding environment and competitive market
? Good team player, skillful in engaging and motivating people around and drive cross functional activities/programs
? Bachelor and above degree with workable English
