In this role, you have the opportunity to
be part of the highly competent Oracle DB-team, responsible for the Nordic Health Care Information System (HCIS) Incident Management. Your role will be to suppport Incident Support Specialists with responsibility of some customers. You are also expected to support on integrations between our system and other external systems. Some Developments of integrations is also a part of this role.
The primary goal of the Incident Management process is to restore normal service operation as quickly as possible and minimize the adverse impact of incidents on business operations, thus ensuring that the best possible levels of service quality and availability are maintained.
Area of responsibility is Nordic, but with strong focus on Denmark.
You are responsible for:
Incident Management:
Incidents technical responsibility during the whole incident ‘lifecycle’, focusing on Integration Incidents.
Incident resolution and recovery, ensuring that recovery action is complete and that the service has been fully restored to the user(s).
Update incident records on support ticketing system.
Technical contact with the customer during the whole incident ‘lifecycle’.
Dispatch engineer resources on site when needed or if appropriate, visit the customer.
Integrations:
Develop integration and other solutions for customer’s “Request for change”
Engagement in prospects and projects through all key phases of integration delivery, including management of technical collaboration with other vendors involved in the projects.
Convert requirements into specifications and units of work o Implement solution by developing required components and/or configuring existing products
Specific experience performing these functions for medical imaging solutions in a healthcare environment is required.
Installed Base Management:
Be responsible for the design, development, execution and maintenance of the automatic monitoring tools.
Proactively report any corrective action or improvement in term of serviceability or service tool standardization.
Patch/minor update proactive scheduling and deployment.
Monitor data migration and related exceptions handling responsibility.
Remote connection information gathering and sharing.
24/7 Incident Support Service
- Participate to the EAMER 24/7 on call support program.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
Technical skills on OS, Oracle DBA and DB Developer level.
Oracle Certified Associated (OCA) or similar skills is highly desirable
Development of integrations.
Skills on related technologies and standards, Database design, implementation/development, administration o Development of simple integration components (e.g. Visual Studio, .Net, Java, J2EE, PL/SQL developer, C, C++, COM object based interfaces, Web interfaces, XML, Soap, etc.)
Technical skills on Radiology Information systems (RIS) and Picture Archiving Communication Systems (PACS) are desirable.
Medical Standards: DICOM and Health Level Seven (HL7) etc. is desirable
Technical document writing.
Awareness of radiological workflow is desirable
ITIL v3-certified is desirable.
