This role is divided into two main areas of responsibility which will provide you with a variety of skills, practical experience and career development opportunities:

Product support – This will be your primary responsibility. As you gain product expertise you will help make our customers successful in the implementation of our product range. This will involve:

1. Resolving customer reported issues across a wide spectrum of applications and industries.

2. Close collaboration with the regional sales managers and, direct interaction with the Development and Test teams will help you understand customers’ requirements; this will enable you to provide customers with appropriate solutions.

3. Act as a customer advocate if an issue requires internal escalation, keeping the customer informed of the progress. By providing feedback to our developers, you enable continuous improvement of current and future products.

4. Post-sales relationships with customers are important to maintain their satisfaction in the long term. The feedback you collate and provide will be crucial for us to understand the future needs of our customers.

Project work and system debugging – This will give you the opportunity for further career advancement and to gain a deeper understanding of the technologies we use.
1. Help to recreate the issue in company’s text lab, in order to effectively debug customer issues.

2. Configuring a system to verify a viable solution for potential customers.

3. International travel (to customer sites and trade shows is likely)

Skills Requirement:

4. Fluent written & spoken Mandarin

5. Fluent written and spoken English is essential.

6. Professional and confident telephone manner.

7. A positive team player with excellent communication skills.

8. Competence with MS Office applications and Operating systems.

Education and Experience

• University diploma or equivalent experience
• Working knowledge of IP Networks and IP addressing
• Computer literate, comfortable using Microsoft Windows and Office
• Interested in technology

Level of experience required

Candidates do not essentially need experience in our market, but experience in customer services or support would be advantageous, as would an

interest in technology generally. Weare not looking for an experienced engineer, rather the right type of person looking for a career in technology.

Fresh graduates will be considered, alternatively, candidates with 1 -3 years’ experience, keen to join a growing team of technical support staff to

offer world class service to our global customer base.
