职位(Position): 供应商质量工程师Junior Supplier quality engineer

工作地点（Work location）:宁波（Ningbo）

汇报对象(Report to)：质量经理Quality Manager

职位描述(Job responsibilities)：包括但不限（including but not limited to

• -Write the quality standard and train/guide the inspectors the quality standard for better understanding. Reply the questions QCs meet during their inspection and Guide the QC to solve it in factory.

编制质量标准以及指导/培训验货员对质量标准的理解,指导检验员解决在验货现场提出的问题.

• -Analyze and follow all the complains from customers, and all non-confirmity during our inspections, raise out the good corrective actions and validate the effectiveness.

分析跟踪所有客户的投诉以及检验员验货发现的不合格问题,提出合理的改进计划并确认它的有效性

• -Check all the product quality standard, communicate with customer to update/correct the unreasonable points in standard. Follow up the standard to supplier side.

审核客户的质量标准,提出并跟踪不合理的部分直到完善后给供应商.

职位要求（Qualification and Experience expectation）:

• 2 years above quality engineer experience两年以上质量工程师经历
• Familiar with different process of metal product, plastic product and electrical product.熟悉金属产品,塑料产品和电子产品的各类工艺
• Fluent on writing and oral english英语流利
• Able to use office software能用office 软件
• Quality mind, perfect mind有严谨的质量思维
• project running experience is preferred.有项目运营经验者优先
• Familiar with Sanitary products is preferred.熟悉卫浴产品者优先

技能要求及个人性格（Skills and Personal Attributes）：

普通话流利，英语能读写

Fluent mandarin & English written and reading at least

熟悉电脑操作，熟练使用常用办公软件（Excel ,Word, PPT）及邮件往来

Highly computer literate – Excel, Word and PowerPoint; email

诚实、正直，作为团队一员能够与其他成员一起为实现共同目标而努力

Honesty and integrity, a team player able to work with other members to achieve goals of the team

自我驱动，能根据事项轻重缓急有效安排事务处理顺序
