PrincipalAccountabilities

• Build a sales force and train them in the future.
• Manage Shanghai office sales forecast & clearance
• Develop new accounts, Horeca network and eventually modern distribution network and food processing clients.
• Developing multi products sales in existing accounts in line with targeted objectives,
• Conduct weekly sales meeting by Skype with Shanghai.
• Establishing and monitoring sales forecast
• Maintaining and growing existing customers as well as through the recruitment of new ones. Involve himself in the management of Key accounts
• Achieving and exceed, sales targets established by management, by: Increasing product usages, insuring adequate coverage and distribution
• Maintaining high level of customer satisfaction
• Providing market information and sales performance to the Management
• When necessary providing support to the management in debt collection

Skills andcompetences

• Business School/ University
• English speaking / Mandarin
• Experience in a position of senior sales Executive with strong link with end customer and Chefs
• Coming from same industry or with strong focus in Food Service in Hotel and Restaurant, but also modern distribution and food processing clients
• Prior experience within premium food service industry
• Passion for fine foods & gastronomy, enjoys working in the gastronomic sector
• Relevant knowledge in fine food products management
• Excellent negotiations and selling skills
• Customer service oriented
