Job Description:
- Lead your team consisting of 3 to 6 Quality Controllers and 100 transcribers
- Meet with customers over the phone regularly
- Use databases to monitor results
- Analyze and solve any problems which may occur
- Report data, communicate feedback and issues to Project Managers
- Assist HR to recruit team members

Skills/Experience:
- Native English speaker
- Fantastic interpersonal and communication skills
- At least two years of work experience, IT background highly valued
- Demonstrable leadership qualities (PM experience preferred)
- Bachelor degree
- Committed to meeting deadlines
- Proficient in Excel
- Responsible and strong under pressure
- Interest in IT solutions, IT and Web literate
- Professional manner and presentation
