Principal Duties:

• To perform a precise processing plan at daily basis to fully support the company goal at quick responsiveness to customer need at the lowest possible inventory investment and the shortest reaction lead time to demand for both Local Market and Export Market.
• To perform material purchase orders and supplier schedule in compliance with Master Production Schedule requirement so as to support he company goal at quick responsiveness to customer need at the lowest possible inventory investment and the shortest reaction lead time to demand.
• To perform equipment capacity plan in weekly basis to smoothen unconstraint demand load according to the constraint machine capacity within a specific business unit so as to identify the potential bottlenecks and to smoothen the load based on company policy.

• To monitor and manage component level both in GZ facility and suppliers to ensure achievement of inventory goal.
  

Job Requirements/Qualifications：

• Bachelor degree or above, major in science or technology related is preferred.
• At least 2 years related work experience.
• Possess a good level of analytical ability; Prioritize multiple tasks in an efficient and effective manner; Have a fair understanding on policies and procedure relative to customer service and inventory control.
• Good knowledge of DRP, MRPII, SAP, Microsoft Office, PowerBI system.
• Have good communication skill; Demonstrate strong conflict solution skills and ability to gain consensus on proposed plan on both exempt and non-exempt levels.
• Good English in reading, writing and speaking; Korean is preferred.
