Requirement

• 2 years’ experience in residential project.
• Interested or experienced  in sustainable interior design
• Design Institute or University Graduate or related fields
• Have passion for design, innovative, creative, think independently and willing to explore new ideas
• Strong in concept development and visual presentation
• Knowledge of softwares such as AutoCAD, Photoshop and Sketch-up
• Able to handle multi-tasks under deadline
• Able to work hard under pressure
• Spoken English is a must, Cantonese and Mandarin preferred
• LEED GA or LEED AP or WELL AP is preferable but not necessary
• Strong team working spirit
• Immediately available

Responsibilities

• Initiate design concept, layouts, material selection and specification
• FF&E specifications
• Handle presentation with concept diagrams, perspective drawings and other means to demonstrate the design
• Prepare documentation, working drawings, detail drawings and various specifications for tendering procedures
• Responsible for contract administration, site supervision and coordination during construction period
• Coordinate and maintain relationship with clients, consultants and contractors
