教育背景

农林院校毕业，农学、植物保护、园艺、农艺等相关专业大专以上

工作经验

不限工作经验， 欢迎知识结构完备的应届毕业生。有至少一年科学种植工作经验优先考虑。

资格技能

• 吃苦耐劳，愿意从基层做起工作认真细心、责任心强
• 学习能力强、具有钻研精神
• 自律、高效、守时
• 个性积极主动、善于沟通
• 具有项目管理经验优先

管理及其他技能

• 能够为员工提供技术培训，管理和领导种植工人
• 良好的沟通表达技能
  

岗位职责

• 负责基地莓果类作物的种植：病虫害防治、施肥灌溉、授粉、温度控制、农作物保护；
• 负责对基地农作物及生长进行详细的数据采集、记录备案；
• 指导种植、进行田间管理，同时优化种植、采收环节和安全卫生环节；
• 助理种植经理组织生产、管理工人、物资；
• 助理管理层与当地政府、村委及其他相关职位沟通、协调工作；
• 上级安排的其他事。

Position: Junior Passionate Grower

Age: 20 – 30 Years

Location: Based in XSBN. Willingness for domestic and international travel is required.

Organization: Reporting to the Growing Manager/Supervising project team members

Language ability: Fluent in Mandarin and English – oral and written

Education: College degree in agriculture, horticulture, crop farming and related fields

Professional Experience: Non-working experoence; one years of practical, hands on experience horticultural growing

experience with scientific understanding preferred.

• Open and communicative team player, verbal and written, locally and internationally

(and daily on international What’s App groups).

Management & Soft Skills

• Able to teach, manage and instruct project team members / client staff
• Good presentation and workshop facilitation skills

Responsibilities

• To grow precisely as instructed until confident, and then excel through 24hr affinity with the plant, achieving its

full potential.

• Responsible for Irrigation, pest & disease, plant husbandry, pollination, climate control (tunnel management) and

crop protection, health and safety and possibly harvest.

• Regular, rapid and open communication (including What's app groups).
• To provide everybody who comes to the farm, staff or visitors, with a positive professional experience through your exemplary leadership.
