Main Duties & Responsibilities

Monthly Closing

• Working with accounting team to finalized the monthly closing;

• Adjust related accounts according to cooperate policy;

• Checking and analyzing related expense details;

• Assist to prepare cooperate reporting package, explain the variance behind;

• Release travel/cleaning/security reports to department head.

  Budgeting / Forecasting

• Collecting, analyzing, and consolidating the information from other departments for budget/forecast preparing;

• Budget proposal based on reasonable assumption and expense nature;

• Upload statistic info and expense data to the budget system;

• Prepare budget/forecast package report and contribute the comments.

  Other regular reports

• Prepare monthly sales report and sell-through report;

• Seasonal sales report and pre-sale analysis.

  
  

  Job Qualifications & Specifications

• Bachelor degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related field;

• Minimum 3 years working experience in FP&A / Accounting position, big 4 experience is a plus;

• Strong Excel skills, willing to learn and improve;

• High degree of accuracy and attention to details;

• Proven ability to work under pressure to meet the deadline if necessary ;

• Good command of English, especially in written.
