We assist senior executives of Western and local corporations in key strategic topics, including growth strategies, corporate strategy, market entry and penetration, portfolio optimization, M&A support and post-acquisition integration. Our typical projects include group strategy definition, portfolio (re)definition, competitive dynamics analysis, major strategic value chain shifts, acquisition targets valuation, strategic due diligence.
We specialise in analytical strategy consulting (in-depth research, rational frameworks for decision making, quantitative models for complex operational improvement programmes, etc.). This enables our consultants to develop skills for strategic issues, thereby avoiding dilution of competencies.

We currently are looking for junior consultants for our Shanghai office.

The role will include:

• Integration in international teams for Chinese projects
• Problem solving with senior team members
• Data collection through desk research and industrial interviews
• Commercial and financial modelling
• Client interaction for meetings and presentations

Successful candidate should have:

• Bachelor degree or above, from top Chinese or international universities (Fudan, SJTU, PKU, Tsinghua, Cambridge, Oxford, Harvard, HEC Paris, …)
• A strong interest in business, analytical and numerical abilities combined with remarkable interpersonal skills
• Language: Chinese (native speaker) and English (fluent)
