Job Descriptions:

• Act as a facilitator between system development team and end users. Deliver user request and feedback to the team for system modification and new functions development
• Provide user support on system operations e.g. ERP, CRM, OA, etc.
• Offer helpdesk and network support to the offices.
• Assist and involve in various IT projects and other ad hoc assignments as required 

Requirements:

• Diploma or above, preferably in IT / Project Management / Business Administration or related discipline.
• Preferably 1 year of working experience. Experience in system development / IT projects / ERP / Oracle is an advantage.
• Good analytical skill, communication skill and interpersonal skill. Be able to work with different people from various cultures and levels.
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English. Mandarin is a must.
• One - month intensive system training will be provided.
• Fresh Graduates are also welcomed.
