作为一名艺术总监（JAD），任职者将：

• 与创意总监合作开发艺术创意概念。

• 与生产部/项目经理讨论客户需求和演示概念，协调创意活动。

候选人简介和技能要求：

• 3-5年以上设计经验。
• 有机构医疗行业经验者优先。
• 了解媒体制作，传播，传播技巧和方法。这包括通过书面，口头和视觉媒体通知和娱乐的替代方法。
• 能够将营销策略转化为有说服力的布局、标识和其他品牌视觉识别要素。
• 专业Photoshop里，需要实现最终结果的插画和其他程序。有HTML经验者优先。

Job offer - Junior Art Director

Company background:

• Drcom is a Life Science consulting and communication agency specialized in SFE (Sales Force Effectiveness) and multichannel marketing.
• We help pharmaceutical companies to improve their communication strategy, to create stronger campaigns and contents to deploy their IMC (Integrated Marketing Communication) and digital initiatives.
• We build strong partnership with our customers to get in-sync with their global vision and allow faster and easier process.

Key responsibilities:

As a Junior Art Director (JAD), the jobholder will:

• Work with the creative director to develop added value artwork and creative concepts.
• Create custom illustrations or other graphic elements needed to illustrate and develop concepts.
• Formulate basic layout design or presentation approach, develop original concepts and modify concepts provided by clients for campaigns into scripts, storyboards, and mockup designs when required.
• Confer with production department heads/project manager to discuss client requirements and presentation concepts and to coordinate creative activities.
• Use all available technologies to create interactive multimedia campaign ideas.
• Train and direct production staff members to develop design concepts ideas and encourage creativity into their daily work.

Candidate profile and skills required:

• 3-5 years or more of experience in design.
• Previous experience in an agency – Healthcare industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods. This includes alternative ways to inform and entertain via written, oral, and visual media.
• Ability to translate marketing strategy into persuasive layouts, logos and other brand visual identity elements.
• Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator and other programs needed to achieve final result. Experience in HTML is a plus.
• Ability to follow-up on a project execution, from concept through production, in multiple media, digital or paper based.
• Creative in multimedia solutions, and with the ability to execute high quality integrated in interactive communications against strategic business objectives.
• Able to work in the fast changing environment of digital marketing
• Innovative and progressive.
• Solid understanding of branding, marketing, design, and usability fundamentals.
• Good communication on discussing with clients to get their idea on project
• Native Mandarin speaker, must be comfortable in communicating in English.
• Good understanding of Chinese culture, Chinese visual references including current online trends and accurate use of Chinese fonts design.
• Energetic, pro-active and flexible attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bachelor degree in Arts/Design

• Shanghai-based
