初级建筑师

Role and Responsibilities：

• Assist project leader to complete design tasks on time and quantity, participate in the whole process of architectural design and drawing work;
• Coordination with various specialties according to the architectural design;
• Good cooperation in the construction phase of the project;
• Participation and negotiation in the construction site of the project;
• Complete the other matters of the project leader.

工作职责：

• 协助项目负责人按时、按质、按量完成设计任务，参与全过程的建筑设计和图纸绘制工作；
• 根据建筑设计与各专业配合协调；
• 在项目实施过程中做好施工配合；
• 参与项目施工现场的配合与交涉；
• 完成项目负责人交代的其他事宜。

Knowledge and Background:

• Bachelor degree or above in architecture or related discipline;
• 1-3 years of project design experience in architectural design company;
• Experience in all phases of design, from preliminary concept design to final drawings and construction;
• Good knowledge in building codes and relevant standards;
• Creative design and freehand drawing skill;
• Skillful use of drawing software;
• Good professionalism, conscientious and responsible, positive and optimistic;
• Good communication and coordination ability, and team spirit;
• Experience in international design or engineering companies is a plus;
• Ability of communication in basic written and spoken English;
• Prospective candidate should submit sample of design work for qualification.

任职要求：

• 建筑学专业及相关专业本科及以上学历；
• 1-3年建筑设计公司项目设计经验；
• 有参与项目从概念设计到现场施工全过程的经验；
• 清晰了解国家建筑专业相关标准；
• 良好的设计创意能力和徒手草图能力；
• 熟练使用CAD, Sketch up, Photoshop, Revit等绘图软件；
• 富有良好的职业素养和敬业精神，认真负责，积极乐观；
• 具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队精神；
• 有国际设计或工程公司工作经验者优先；
• 能用英语进行基础的书面和口语交流；
