The 2012 Labs Central Software Institute (CSI) serves as Huawei’s software competence center and the source of Huawei’s ICT software infrastructure. Dedicated to software innovation and platform delivery, the CSI works to make breakthroughs in the fields of cloud-based distributed software, IoT, blockchain technology, OSs, distributed databases (DDBs) cloud networks, Big Data, AI compilers, IT applications, cyber security, and algorithms. The CSI goals are to build Huawei’s core technical competitiveness in the software industry, increase monetization, and support Huawei’s growth.

We are committed to the design and design of software algorithms, which greatly improve product experience and performance efficiency through algorithms.

·         It can optimize the performance of single-point algorithm, or have a global view, and can consider the application of the algorithm from E2E;

·         Responsible for the research, design, verification and delivery of artificial intelligence, big data mining algorithms and solutions for mobile terminal devices;

·         Excellent sensor user experience in professional sports health, biometrics, situational awareness and other technologies.

Requirements:

·         Good knowledge of artificial intelligence AI algorithm, big data algorithm, data structure algorithm design and development capabilities;

·         Ability to work with cutting-edge artificial intelligence technology tracking and industry trend tracking and algorithm application capabilities;

·         Mastery at least one of Java / Python / C development language, master Hadoop open source tools use better;

·         Mastery at least one data mining tools and depth model training tools, such as Tensorflow, caffe, matlab;

·         Quick learner, good sense in putting new concept into practice

·         Dare to face challenges and with a sense of innovation, taking initiative to undertake responsibility, and overcome difficulties

·         Possesses a good team spirit, stellar communication skills.
