• Participate in developing a viable property leasing strategy which meets the needs of the client company’s expansion plan
• Able to go through the whole property leasing process and negotiations (site finding, feasibility studies) with the support of a BD manager
• Take responsibility for delivering the development program for the city or area
• Carry out feasibility studies and present transparent proposals to the Senior Management Team
• Ensure standards of property governance laid down by Group policy are adhered to and that all opportunities are progressed strictly in line with the internal process set down by the company
• Co-ordinate the entire site leasing process and setting the strategy and timeline for negotiation
• Achieve commercially favorable and competitive terms in the negotiations
• Ensure all contracts are legally correct, comply with the country laws, minimize risks and allow flexible operation of the stores
