Our client, a reputable Japanese manufacturer, is seeking for sales coordinator to support their team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Handle overall sales coordination duties
• Receive sales order and issue purchase order
• Monitor sales and account receivable status
• Prepare sales report
• Other ad hoc duties to smooth out sales administration

Requirements:

• Solid sales administration experience
• Hands-on experience in SAP/ERP system is highly advantageous
• Working experience in Japanese company with understanding of Japanese business culture is preferred
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese).  Good communication in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
• Proactive, flexible and independent with good communication skill.  Good team player.
• Accept over-time work or holiday work during peak season
