Position: Japanese Interpreter
Location: Beijing/Dalian
Contract: Part Time

iSoftStone is looking for a Japanese Interpreter to translate during business meetings with Japanese clients. This is a one week position and you would travel with the vice president (American) to Dalian to attend business meetings.

Job Description:
-Responsible for listening to, understanding, and translating spoken or written statements from Japanese to English and English to Japanese
-Attend business meetings and acting as an official translator
-Facilitate communication between the two parties
-Travel with the VP to Dalian to meet clients
-Support editing some official documents/statements for the meetings
-Other duties as assigned by the vice president

Qualifications:
-Japanese native speaker, fluent English
-Client facing experience
-Very professional manner
-Good Chinese is a plus

Work Conditions:
-Travel fee is covered
-2 days in Dalian, the rest of the week in Beijing

Education and Experience:
-Bachelor degree
-Client facing experience
-Relevant interpretation certificates or experience as an interpreter;
