Full-Time English Teacher

ABOUTTHE POSITION

As an English Teacher at Goldian Group, youwill be teaching English through our Irene International Center, which allowsstudents to study English in Shanghai. Teachers in this position play a keyrole in our mission, ‘developing a strong interest, and opening the worldthrough education’. Our teachers begin by deliveringgroup lessons of up to 10 students, with an opportunity to be trained onprivate one-to-one lessons. In addition, our teachers also deliver high qualityfeedback to our students.

MAINRESPONSIBILITIES:

l Teach English lessons for our kids (3 to 8 years old), make teachingplans, prepare for classes and syllabus.

l Evaluating student progress and providing on-going guidance forimprovement

l Providing high-quality feedback on students’ submissions

l Attending required training and meetings

l Contributing to center initiatives during office hours to increasestaff engagement

l Cooperate with various kinds of teaching activities and marketingevents.

Qualifications:

l With at least 1-year teaching experience required.

l Prior experiences in international kindergarten are preferred.

l Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in EDUCATION, PRESCHOOL EDUCATION,DRAMA, or MUSIC, APPLIED LINGUISTICS relevant area.

l Tesol、Tefl、Teslcertification are preferred.

l Self-motivated, patient, careful, supportive, and can workindependently.

l Be creative and have the ability to teach young kids English withappropriate body languages.
