岗位特征:
服务顾问是第一线的保时捷品牌大使,是保时捷售后服务环节中第一个与客户接触的角色,因而必须确保随时向所有保时捷客户提供可靠、优质和全面的售后服务。服务顾问还负责征询客户在服务方面的需求,提供有关建议, 就执行的工作进行相关讲解以确保客户获得最满意的服务。
职责说明(职责的先后顺序按照其重要程度进行排列):
1. 安排预约服务
2. 接待客户维修车辆
3. 交付客户维修车辆
4. 处理客户投诉
5. 维护客户关系
Position Characteristics:
The Service Advisor is often the first contact to Porsche Service customers and therefore responsible that that a reliable, premium and comprehensive After Sales service is offered to all Porsche customers at all time. S/He also advises and consults customers on service needs and explains the performed work to ensure highest customer satisfaction.
Duty Description( Duties are arranged by importance):
1. Arrange service appointments
2. Accept customer's vehicle for service
3. Return vehicle to customer
4. Deal with customer complaints
5. Maintain customer relationship
任职资格:
教育背景:
?须具备大专学历,具有专业大学本科学历者优先;
?具有英语沟通能力者优先
行业背景:至少两年汽车售后服务顾问或类似职位工作经验
其他任职要求:
?候选人需掌握Office软件的操作方法,保时捷系统的操作方法除外;
?热爱本职工作,在工作中保持极高的敬业度及可靠性;
?形象气质佳;
?热爱保时捷产品及服务:
?优秀的客户服务意识,能够迅速建立稳固的客户关系
Education:
?College degree required, university degree is preferred;
?Candidates able to communicate in English preferred
Industry background:At least two years' working experience as Service Advisor or similar position
Other qualifications:
?Proficiency in Microsoft Office software; Porsche systems not a must.
?Passion for their work, maintain a high degree of professionalism and reliability in their work;
?Smart appearance;
?Enthusiastic in Porsche products and services;
?With outstanding customer service awareness and ability to quickly establish stable customer relationship
