工作职责:
岗位特征:
服务经理负责确保所有保时捷客户能够得到可靠、优质和全面的售后服务。同时,还要保证服务及时提供并达到保时捷的标准。服务经理还负责确保服务团队完成绩效及能力发展目标,提升服务团队的营销及专业能力。
职责说明(职责的先后顺序按照其重要程度进行排列):
1. 管理服务团队,协助售后服务经理完成服务团队人员规划及绩效考核
2. 监督、落实售后服务流程的标准化
3. 参与解决客户投诉
4. 维护客户关系
Position Characteristics:
The Service Manager is responsible that a reliable, premium and comprehensive After Sales service is offered to all Porsche customers. S/He is also ensures that the carried out services are in time and in line with Porsche standards. S/he is also responsible for managing, monitoring and training the service team to make sure that they can fulfill all targets on performance and competency development.
Duty Description( Duties are arranged by importance):
1. Manage the service team, and assist After Sales Manager on workforce planning and performance evaluation of the service team
2. Monitor and implement standardization of After Sales process
3. Involve in customer complaint settlement
4. Maintain customer relationship
任职资格:
教育背景:须具备大专学历,具有专业大学本科学历者优先;具有英语沟通能力者优先
行业背景:至少三年以上汽车售后服务顾问或类似职位工作经验
其他任职要求:
?候选人需掌握Office软件的操作方法,保时捷系统的操作方法除外
?热爱本职工作,在工作中保持极高的敬业度及可靠性;
?形象气质佳;
?热爱保时捷产品及服务:
?优秀的客户服务意识,能够迅速建立稳固的客户关系,良好地监督、指导及管理售后服务团队的能力
Education:
?College degree required, university degree on relevant major preferred;
?Candidates able to communicate in English preferred
Industry background:At least three years' working experiences as vehicle Service Advisor or similar position
Other qualifications:
?Proficiency in Microsoft Office software; Porsche systems not a must.
?Passion for their work, maintain a high degree of professionalism and reliability in their work;
?Smart appearance;
?Enthusiastic in Porsche products and services;
?With outstanding customer service awareness and ability to quickly establish stable customer relationship;
?With ability to properly monitor, guide and manage the After Sales service team
