Responsibilities :

  • to monitor all aspects of operations of the restaurant and control its quality on service and brand image.
  • to drive service team members to provide professional, passionate and caring service standard in order to achieve customers satisfaction and may be exceeded customers’ expectations.
  • to develop VIP customers and establish the CRM system.
  • to ensure the team members are fully understanding and are aware of the menu products as well as serve customers.
  • to maintain the restaurant in an elegant, comfortable, and hygienic environment.
  • to handle cost control and manpower planning. Work closely with executive chef on food promotions, menu planning, and food quality.
  • handle customer complaint and aftersales service.

Requirement :
  • holding a diploma in hospitality/hotel catering or above.
  • at least 2 years of management experience in a high-end western restaurant in a similar capacity.
  • strong communication skills, leadership and training skills, able to maintain team cohesion.
  • able to work under great pressure.
