Job Description
Responsibilities :
- to monitor all aspects of operations of the restaurant and control its quality on service and brand image.
- to drive service team members to provide professional, passionate and caring service standard in order to achieve customers satisfaction and may be exceeded customers’ expectations.
- to develop VIP customers and establish the CRM system.
- to ensure the team members are fully understanding and are aware of the menu products as well as serve customers.
- to maintain the restaurant in an elegant, comfortable, and hygienic environment.
- to handle cost control and manpower planning. Work closely with executive chef on food promotions, menu planning, and food quality.
- handle customer complaint and aftersales service.
Requirement :
- holding a diploma in hospitality/hotel catering or above.
- at least 2 years of management experience in a high-end western restaurant in a similar capacity.
- strong communication skills, leadership and training skills, able to maintain team cohesion.
- able to work under great pressure.
