Overview:

iSoftStone (NYSE: ISS), a leading IT outsourcing service provider, is looking for a Quality Controller Leader for the Italian market, to collaborate with us on a long-term project with a large global MNC.

Responsibilities:
- Lead your team consisting of 5 Quality Controllers

- Maintain exceptional standards of quality of deliverables for our client’s project
- Guarantee our client’s demands are fully met
- Oversee the entire workflow of the project for the Italian market project
- Use databases to monitor results
- Ensure business processes are efficient
- Pinpoint potential defects in the service
- Offer creative solutions for improvements

Skills & Qualifications:
- Native Italian speaker
- QC or QA experience preferred
- IT literate
- Fantastic interpersonal and communication skills
- Committed to meeting deadlines
- Responsible and strong under pressure
