Job Description
Responsibilities:
1、Responsible for the production,preparation and presentation of all food items,to ensure highest quality at all the times;
2、Can help to design the menu according to business needs,also can improve recipes and train staff accordingly (while merchandising in front of customers in open kitchen);
3、Proficient in all Day Dining restaurant operations of the kitchen;
4、good relationship with our chain restaurants regular guests
Qualifications:
1、good communication skills and optimistic attitude;
2、above 5 years Italian&French cuisine experience;
3、good office software using;
4、Open minded,strong social talent;
5、have the experience working with Chinese colleagues;
6、Must have the bachelor's degree and two years of work experience.
7、You'd better be European or American.
