• Company introduction

The company has small office buildings its rents out and manages in Shanghai. The company also represent a publicly listed real estate developer that is ranked ~50# in China. The company also has its own investor database

Our responsibility is to find and negotiate the following types of investments from overseas investors.

Co-invest in an investment platforms （投资平台）to acquire projects for Serviced apartment， creative office parks, and distressed assets.

Development loans to lend to the Hong Kong publicly listed developer.

• Responsibility:

• The Investment manager should work with the developers different departments to identify projects that need financing.
• The investment manager should manage a team of young foreigners whose responsibility is investment analysis and research analyst and to prepare investment materials.
• The investment manager should work with our investor database to discuss investments for the developer. It is not necessary the investment manager find his own investors. That is highly beneficial, but not required.
• It is not necessary for the investment manager to execute the entire investment process. He is only responsible for negotiation and introduction of the developers investment needs.

• Qualifications

• Fluent English reading, writing and speaking.
• Strong excel skills
• Real estate investment experience
