Main Responsibility：
1. Serve as a member of the Senior Management Committee (SMC, or any name used in Local OE) responsible for investments, the Investment Manager will advise the CIO and other SMC members on the trends and developments that could influence the expected investment return and how these are likely to impact the business.

2. Serve as a member of the Investment Committee to provide sound and fully supported recommendations and advice on the investment mandates and investment opportunities.

3. Serve as a member of the Asset-Liabilities Committee to provide investment inputs into the Asset Liability Management (ALM) processes and derive the Strategic Asset Allocation (SAA).

4. Develop and implement strategic plan for the investment function that is aligned with the strategic plan of the overall business.

5. Manage the day-to-day responsibilities of the investment department and the team. This includes the setup of the investment department structure, activities and compliance requirements, as well as the on-going assessment of the capabilities of the investment team to fulfil the investment requirements.

6. Ensure that portfolios are managed in accordance with their mandates, within the required risk tolerance limits and meet their performance targets. He/she will have the responsibility to manage a wide range of assets from funds, fixed income and/or equity which could either be managed internally or outsourced to external asset managers.

7. Perform asset manager search, evaluate asset managers and recommend changes, hire and terminate asset managers and to ensure that investment mandates align with the investment policy and SAA. Develop performance metrics and provide performance reporting.

8. Be part of Allianz Investment Management (“AIM”) global network, one of the world largest insurance investors.

Key Requirements：
1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, finance, or business. Master’s Degree and CFA certification preferred.

2. A minimum of 7 years of investment experience, ideally with a combination of investment strategy, asset allocation, portfolio construction, credit analysis and/or direct portfolio management experience.

3. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and fluent in both Mandarin and English.

4. Prefer candidates who have MNC background and/or have been working in the insurance sector.
