Your Responsibility
？
？ Prepare the long-term (5-year) investment plan for the entire company,
as well as yearly and monthly investment budget forecasts, based on
bottom up information collection with relevant departments
？ Responsible for project investment controlling of new transmission
projects
？ Allocate budget in the SAP system; review and release investment
related purchase requests
？ Follow up the investment plan after monthly closing, check for budget
deviations
？ Prepare internal and external investment reports, as well as ad-hoc
analyses for management
？ Prepare meetings with the Board of Management for investment budget
release, provide necessary information for decision-making and ensure
proper documentation

Your Requirements
？
？ Bachelor Degree or higher in Finance/Business Studies or other relevant
fields
？ At least 2 years finance and/or controlling related work experience in a
multinational company, preferably in the manufacturing industry
？ Strong ability for logical analysis, accurate and detail-oriented working
attitude
？ High sense of responsibility and work ethic, willingness to learn,
teamwork oriented, well developed communication skills
？ Proficient in German and English, Chinese desirable
？ Expert knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with ERP & SAP systems
？ Experience in IFRS and CAS accounting principles preferred
？ Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and
regulation.
？ Remain accountable when mistake happens and able to speak up if
something goes wrong
