Key Responsibilities

• Investment support in research reports collation, financial spreadsheet maintenance of companies/bank, macro/market monitors and bond data analysis ;
• Assist in investment reporting and portfolio analysis;
• Manage the planning of strategic investments and non-strategic divestments for company growth;
• Conduct research and analysis on opportunities in related fields;
• Develop and prepare detailed financial models to assist in strategic decision-making.

Skill Requirements

• Master/Bachelor Degree in Real Estate, Business/Finance or related disciplines;
• At least 1-2 years of experience in real estate business development, property acquisition/divestment, investment research and valuation or asset securitization;
• Outstanding knowledge in M&A activities, including due diligence, deal structuring and execution skills;
• Excellent market knowledge of the economic drivers for real estate industry especially in commercial and residential properties in key cities in China;
• Proficiency in financial modelling for projects and acquisition of assets is essential;
• Superior communication skills, both orally and in writing, and fluent in English & Chinese;
