-Understand the repair return process and packaging required to ship parts out for repair.

• Forklift operation for back and other parts movement to the warehouse for shipment.
• Issue and return part to the bin locations in the spare part room and ensure SAP and Maximo are in sync after the physical movement of the part.
• Work with purchasing and internal functional groups to prepare purchase orders for repairs.
• Facilitate the location of parts for service and manufacturing personnel when required. 
• Investigate for internal customers lead times on parts and length repair cycle time.
• Resolve discrepancies with inventory, perpetual and physical.  

Cycle counting of inventory is required with reconciliation between both systems.
