Job Summary/职责概述：

This role requires good communication skills in English and Mandarin. In this roll you will manage the company owned material inventory flow and evaluate the material demand and supply status.

该职位需良好的英语和普通话沟通技巧，管理公司的物料库存动态和评估物料的供应和需求的状态。

Responsibilities/岗位职责:

1. Cycle count and correct the Inventory error sources; Help the suppliers build good inventory management process;

与供应商核对库存，确认库存差异原因，帮助供应商建立良好的库存管理流程；

2. Record and adjust inventory data in SAP, complete related task in supply chain operations;

记录和更新SAP系统物料库存，完成供应链环节中的任务；

3. Evaluate the data like demand/supply, shortage/excess, salvage-saving solutions, etc. Release weekly reports and follow up related questions. 分析数据，如物料供需计划，短缺和多余，物料节约方案等，定期发放报表并跟进相关事项；

4. Track past due shipments, keep close communication with suppliers and other supply chain teams.

跟踪过期未达的物料，与供应商和其它供应链部门保持紧密沟通

Required Qualifications/职位要求:

1. Good English reading and writing - comfortable with English as the working language;

良好的英语阅读及写作能力 – 能在工作中轻松运用英文；

2. Proficiency in Excel; Experience in ERP and manufacturing is a plus;

Excel 熟练；有ERP及生产制造经验者优先；

3. Strong in data-analyzing and communication, able to solve problem independently;

很强的数据分析能力，沟通能力及独立解决问题能力

4. Good learning ability, detailed and diligent.

学习能力强，细心，勤勉。

5. At least one year experience in related area or on-site manufacturing experience
