Interview & Writing Coach

Job Description:
1. Coach students on developing communication skills and interview techniques for boarding school admissions
2. Provide students detailed feedback and strategies to improve interview performance
3. Work closely with applicants on developing compelling and well-articulated application essays
4. Provide guidance on content, structure, and overall effectiveness of application essays
5. Stay up-to-date with latest admission requirements of competitive boarding schools and align training with the admission needs
6. Participate in marketing and sales events as necessary

Requirements:
1. A bachelor's degree obtained from a competitive university in the US or the UK, overseas secondary school experience is an advantage;
2. Native English speaker, passionate about writing, and familiar with overseas school application process and requirements;
3. Teaching and coaching experience for a minimum of 2 years preferred, experience working with young teenagers would be especially helpful;
4. Time management and project management skills, can ensure students application materials are completed in a timely manner;
5. A client-oriented mindset and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to a fast-pace working environment.
6. Able to provide flexible training hours during the busy application season
