Job Description
Job purpose:
As a part of a successful and growing international team, you will report to the Head of CMD. With a well-established global network and strong reputation, this job opportunity will allow you to develop a career within our fast growing international Bank.
Responsibilities would be, but not be limited to, the following:
· Upgrade of several platforms for the Bank’s internal communication, new development plan of the office management and Increase of the massive administrative routine work
· Participate in upgrade of Bank's internal communication platforms programme
· Assist in handling of circulation of the Bank's official documents;
· Assist in providing office management's support for the Bank;
· Assist in organizing the Bank's general meeting;
· Participate to the team work in department for general administration tasks;
· other administrative tasks assigned by the Head of department
Qualifications
Profile (Technical Skills):
- Bachelor Degree (BAC+3 or equivalent) or above in Management, Economy and Finance or Linguistics.
- Fluent in English, French, and Mandarin Chinese (Reading and Written).
- Committed, confident, determined, self-motivated, strong analytical and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent at MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), knowledge of any OA Software is an asset.
- Can commit to a 6 months internship.

- Team spirit.

- Good understanding of the general, economic, political and business environment of the region.
- Highly organized and detail orientated.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
